We offer 48 hour click & collect on all rugs from our shop located at 212-214 Bluff Road, Sandringham.

Once your order is ready you will receive a call or an email with allocated time frames, please reply/answer back to schedule a time to collect your order.

If you do not hear from us within 3 business days. Please ensure you check your junk mail/spam.

Your order must be collected during our business hours.

Refund Policy

We thoroughly inspect our rugs prior to pick up, but in the case that you find the rug you have received is faulty, please advise us immediately, within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please have your invoice details on hand and information on what is faulty. We will happily replace the item once the fault has been confirmed. Please note that “change of mind” does not constitute a faulty item.

Due to the delicate nature of our rugs, we strive to pack them in the safest way. After an order is placed we will not accept refunds or exchanges. We encourage our customers to view our rug shop prior to ordering to ensure peace of mind.
