I had dinner with friends last Saturday and told them I was having new carpet laid. When they asked who was doing the work, I said Bramwells – their response was, “you will not be disappointed”. Today I was playing Bridge at the Highett Community Centre and mentioned to three friends that I had had new carpet laid and said that Bramwells had done the work. The response from two of the women was – “we’ve used them and they are fantastic”. The third woman drove me home and I invited her in to look at the carpet. She said the house looked wonderful. Soon she will be in the market for new carpet and will definitely make contact with you. I cannot fault the presentation, courtesy and respectability of your tradesmen and did not waste a minute of time. I congratulate you on such a professional service and then to have Mark call personally at my home as a follow up yesterday afternoon was so unexpected – faultless service.
